UPON considering the contents of the Case Management bundle
AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the First Defendant at the Case Management Conference held on 26 March 2015 before Registrar Mark Beer
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT
1. The Claimant shall file and serve any evidence on the issue of damages and costs by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 14 May 2015.
2. The Defendant shall file and serve any evidence on the issue of damages and costs by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 28 May 2015.
3. An agreed bundle will be completed in accordance with Part 35 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts and lodged no later than 4pm on Sunday, 21 June 2015.
4. Skeleton arguments to be served on all other parties and lodged with the Court by no later than 4pm on Wednesday, 24 June 2015.
5. The hearing on the issue of damages and costs is tentatively listed for 29 and 30 June 2015. A timetable for that hearing is set out at Schedule A of this Order. This listing will be confirmed on Thursday, 9 April 2015.
