IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant shall pay the Third Defendant AED 284,425 in respect of the Third Defendant’s costs in these proceedings.
2. Application Notice CFI-014-2015/8 be discontinued with no order as to costs.
3. There be no further order as to costs in these proceedings, which are concluded upon receipt by the Third Defendant of the costs ordered above.
