Case Progression Officer (CPO) & Enforcement Bailiff
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Case Progression Officer & Enforcement Bailiff (UAE Nationals only) at the DIFC Courts. We are looking for an individual with a passion for judicial excellence, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic positive attitude.
As our new Case Progression Officer & Enforcement Bailiff , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Claims and Applications in the Court of First (CFI), Court of Appeal, Small Claims Tribunal (SCT), Probate, and Enforcement (ENF). The CPO will work closely with the Registrars in the management of the cases coming through the Registry.
Role Summary
Maintain the Registry’s documents
Ensure appropriate case management of cases assigned by ensuring cases are kept to the timelines in the rules
Oversee all non-judicial elements of enforcement claims and service requests
Listing and handling of probate files, and meeting with executors
Work with the SCT Judges/ /Mediators to ensure prompt scheduling of Consultations and Hearings
Maintain inboxes relating to the abovementioned registries including replying to emails from parties
Maintain the Enforcement and the Probate department.
Oversee all non-judicial elements of enforcement claims and service requests
Oversee the seizure of assets of Judgment Debtor’s in the DIFC
Qualifications;
Graduate in Law
Strong personal competencies for communications and operations
Professional experience;
2 - 5 years’ experience in similar role
