(i) To abide by the Registrar of Real Property’s email dated 27 October 2015 postponing the adjourned AGM for INDEX residential schedule of 27 October 2015 at 5:00 PM whilst reserving its position with respect to any further communication of the Registrar of Real Property; and
(ii) To send an email to all the unit owners of INDEX residential this afternoon in advance of the AGM meeting informing them that the Registrar of Real Property has issued communication postponing the AGM scheduled for 27 October 2015 at 5:00 PM and the AGM is therefore adjourned.
