UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed terms of settlement set forth in the confidential Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) a copy of which is annexed as Schedule A to this Order
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendants having agreed to the terms set out in this Order
AND UPON the Claimant having filed a Notice of Discontinuance on 28 March 2016
AND UPON all outstanding Court fees having been settled
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
The Claimant’s Claim against the Defendants in CFI-035-2015 is discontinued.
Each Party shall have a right to apply to the Court to enforce the terms of this Order or of the confidential Settlement Agreement without the requirements to bring a new claim.
