UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed to the terms set out in this Order
IT IS HERBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:1
1.KBH Kaanuun, as solicitors on the record for the Claimant, will notify in writing the Registry and the solicitors on record for the Defendant as soon as possible and in any event no later than 7 days from the date that an executor and/or representative of the Claimant’s estate has been appointed.
2. The Proceedings be stayed until such time as an executor and/or representative of the Claimant’s estate has been appointed.
3. The hearing of the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI-004-2017/1 dated 30 March 2017 for immediate judgment and strike out listed on 30 May 2017 be vacated.
4. Liberty to apply.
