UPON reviewing the correspondence from the Defendant dated 10 April 2017 seeking a stay of proceedings pending determination of the application before the Joint Judicial Committee (“JJC”) established pursuant to Decree No. 19 of 2016
AND UPON reviewing the Order of the JJC dated 10 April 2017 ordering a stay of the proceedings pending determination of the application before the JJC
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s correspondence of 19 April 2017 seeking confirmation that all matters are stayed pending a decision by the JJC
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The abovementioned proceedings before this Court, including any and all outstanding applications, appeals and procedures, be stayed pending the final determination by the JJC of the Defendant’s application before them dated 10 January 2017.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
