ORDER OF JUSTICE SIR RICHARD FIELD
UPON the application of ABN AMRO BANK N.V. (the “Applicant“)
AND UPON the Applicant, the Dubai Financial Services Authority (the “DFSA“) and LGT Bank (Singapore) Ltd (the “Transferee“) consenting to an Order being made in the following terms
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 10 April 2017 (the “Transfer Order”) sanctioning the Scheme set forth in Annex 1 of the Transfer Order be varied as follows:
(a) the Client List (the “Client List“) contained in Schedule 1 of the Scheme Document at Annex 1 to the Transfer Order, and the hard copy of the Client List filed at the Court Registry in accordance with paragraph 4 (a) of the Directions Order, identifying the client accounts which are intended to be transferred by the Transfer Order, be amended by removing from and adding to (as applicable) the Client List the account numbers listed in Annex 1 to this Order and substituted by the amended Client List attached at Annex 2 of this Order; and
(b) the Effective Time referred to at Clause 8.1 of the Scheme document and in the Transfer Order shall be 17:00 hours Dubai time on 30 April 2017.
2. Save as varied by paragraphs 1(a) and (b) above the terms of the Transfer Order and the Scheme shall remain as set out in the Transfer Order.
3. Liberty for the Applicant or Transferee to apply.
4. There be no order as to costs.
5. Further or other relief.
