UPON the Orders of Justice Sir David Steel dated 23 March and 27 April 2015
AND UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application dated 20 May 2015 seeking an order that the Second Defendant make an interim payment of USD 1,400,000 representing approximately 50% of the Claimant’s costs
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The Second Defendant shall, within 14 days of the date of this Order, make an interim payment on account of costs incurred up to 29 April 2015 to the Claimant in the sum of USD 1,400,000.
The Second Defendant shall pay the Claimant’s costs of this application on the standard basis to be assessed if not agreed.
