UPON reviewing the correspondence from the parties

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

  1. The deadline by which the Defendant must file and serve any evidence to be relied upon in defence of the Claimant’s Part 8 Claim (CFI-018-2015) for the pre-action production of documents shall be extended to Tuesday 14 July 2015.
  2. The deadline why which the Claimant must file and serve any evidence in response to be extended to follow the above date until Thursday 6 August 2015.
  3. The claim shall be determined on paper without a hearing.
  4. No order as to costs in respect of the Defendant’s request to extend the deadline to file and serve its defence.
