IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Claimant is entitled to 70% of its overall costs in relation to the Claimant’s claim and the Counterclaim, such costs to be assessed on the standard basis by the Registrar if not agreed.
2. The Claimant’s request that the Court release the amount of AED 300,000 paid by the Claimant into Court is granted.
3. The Defendant’s request for a stay of any decision or order on costs pending the determination of the Defendant’s application for permission to appeal or the Judgment of the Court of Appeal is granted.
