AND UPON the Claimants having filed a Schedule of Costs and a Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Bill of Costs on 18 May 2017
AND UPON the Claimants having indicated to the Court that the Defendant has failed to serve points of dispute within the 21 day period required by Rule 40.15 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
AND UPON reviewing the Third Claimant’s costs schedule
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Defendant shall, by 4pm on 22 June 2017, pay USD 160,869.62 on account of the costs ordered at paragraph 3 of the Amended Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 20 April 2017, being 50% of the Third Claimant’s costs.
