AND UPON the Defendants’ agreement to a stay of the Part 32 Application by email dated 23 September 2020
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Order by consent
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Part 32 Application is stayed pending the outcome of the Defendants’ application to appeal as permitted by Order of Chief Justice Zaki Azmi dated 22 September 2020.
2. Costs of the Part 32 Application are reserved.
