IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The appeal is struck out on the ground of nonappearance.
2. The Appellant is to pay the Respondents’ costs of the appeal to be assessed by the Registrar on the standard basis, if not agreed
3. The Appellant is to pay 60% of the Respondents’ claimed costs on account within 14 days of the Respondents’ notification to the Appellant of their claimed bill of costs submitted to the Registrar for assessment
