AND UPON the parties filing written Cost Submissions on 15 July 2024
AND UPON the Judge’s direction communicated by email on 19 July 2024 timed at 08:35 via the DIFC Court’s Registry that the parties have permission to serve brief Reply Submissions of no more than 5 pages by no later than 4pm on 26 July 2024 (the “Direction”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed by consent to vary the Direction
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The parties shall file and serve brief Reply Submissions (if any) of no more than 5 pages by no later than 4pm on 16 August 2024.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
