CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Judgment of Chief Justice Zaki Azmi, H.E. Deputy Chief Justice Ali Al Madhani and Justice Lord Angus Glennie dated 6 September 2023 (the “Judgment”)
AND UPON the Registry’s email correspondence dated 6 September 2023 seeking the parties’ mutual availabilities for a costs hearing (the “Costs Hearing”)
AND UPON the parties’ agreement as to matters pertaining to the Costs Hearing
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Costs Hearing shall be scheduled to take place on the first available date between 24 and 26 October 2023 with a time estimate of half a day.
2. The parties shall exchange submissions on costs within skeleton arguments by no later than 5pm GST on 20 October 2023.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
