UPON the Claimant having filed a Part 40/01 Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Bill of Costs dated 7 February 2013;

AND UPON REVIEWING the Defendant's Application Notices: CFI-033/2009/04, CA-004/2011/04 and CA-005/2011/05; each dated 24 February 2013 — requesting an extension to the deadline for filing Points of Dispute in response to the Claimant's Bill of Costs;

AND UPON the Claimant having given their consent to the Defendant's extension request by e-mail dated 21 February 2013;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The Defendant's Application Notices: CFI-033/2009/04, CA-004/2011/04 and CA-005/2011/05; be granted.

 

2. The Defendant shall file and serve Points of Dispute by no later than 12pm on 31 March 2013.

 

3. The Defendant shall bear the costs of and occasioned by Application Notices CFI-033/2009/04, CA-004/2011/04 and CA-005/2011/05.
