UPON the Appeal Hearing held on 19 May 2014 before the Chief Justice Michael Hwang, Justice Roger Giles and H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi, both parties attended the hearing;
AND UPON the direction of the presiding Judge Chief Justice Michael Hwang;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant and the Defendant shall file and serve further submissions in regards to entitlement to gratuity and entitlement to damages in breach of Article 56 of the Employment Law on or before 4pm on Thursday, 12 June 2014.
2. The Claimant and the Defendant shall file an agreed statement of quantum should there be entitlement to gratuity, if not agreed separate statements of quantum on or before 4pm on Thursday, 12 June 2014.
3. The Claimant and the Defendant shall exchange their replies on or before 4pm on Thursday, 26 June 2014.
