UPON reviewing Application Notice CFI-025-2012/7 filed by the Respondents on 3 December 2013
AND UPON reviewing the Appellant's Objections to the Application filed on 8 December 2013
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The request for conditions to be imposed on the Appellant's appeal, namely that the Appellant's appeal be struck out unless the payment of the Judgment sum is made to the Respondents, is rejected.
2. Reasons for this Order shall be provided separately at the appeal hearing for the matter CA-005-2013 Daman Real Estate Capital Partners Limited v Kenneth David Rohan & others on 19 December 2013.
3. Costs of this Application are to be dealt with at the appeal hearing referred to above in paragraph 2 of this Order.
