AND UPON the Respondent/Receiving Party’s request for a Default Costs Certificate dated 23 February 2015
AND UPON the Respondent/Receiving Party having met the requirements in RDC 40.17
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Default Costs Certificate is granted.
2. The Appellant/Paying Party shall pay the Respondent/Receiving Party the amount of US$131,285.36 by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 12 March 2015.
