UPON reviewing Application No. CA-006-2020/6 dated 2 August 2021 (the “Application”) filed by King & Wood Mallesons (MENA) LLP pursuant to Rule 37.11 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts to come off the record as the Claimant’s legal representative in these proceedings
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. King & Wood Mallesons (MENA) LLP has ceased to be the legal representative of the Claimant in the proceedings.
2. The Appellant must give a new address for service by no later than Monday, 9 September 2021.
3. No order as to cost.
