UPON reviewing the Application Notice CA-006-2013/1 filed by the First Defendant/Appellant on 18 February 2014 for the appeal to be re-opened;
AND UPON reviewing the relevant documents in the case file;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Application Notice CA-006-2013/1 be served on the Respondent by the Appellant, in accordance with RDC 44.185.
2. The Respondent shall file and serve his written statement, in accordance with RDC 44.186, within 14 days of the service upon him, in the event that he opposes the application including therein his response to the grounds in support of the application.
3. The Appellant and the Respondent file within the said 14 days a joint memorandum drawing attention to any part of the transcript of the hearing of the appeal which either of them considers relevant to deciding the application.
