IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Order 2 of the Judgment dated 12 April 2018 be amended to ‘That the Appellant pay (i) the Respondent’s costs of the appeal, such costs to be assessed by the Registrar if not agreed by the parties; and (ii) the Respondent’s costs of the first instance proceedings, such costs to be assessed by the Registrar if not agreed by the parties.
