IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Appellant is granted two weeks to file submissions on Article 9(2) in the context of the case, not exceeding 10 pages in length (the “Appellant’s Submissions”).
2. The Respondent is granted one week to respond to the Appellant’s Submissions, not exceeding 10 pages in length.
3. The parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution to the dispute.
