CONSENT ORDER
UPON the agreement of the parties
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.The time limit at paragraph 3 of the Judgment of the Court of Appeal dated 28 January 2019 shall be extended as follows:
"The Claimants shall pay the Second Defendant its costs in the matter CFI-014-2016, the amount of which is to be agreed between the parties. If no agreement is made, the Court will make any necessary ruling following the making of short submissions in writing by both parties by no later than 4pm on Tuesday 28 May 2019, unless another hearing is required."
2. The Parties also agree that the time for filing a request for a detailed assessment hearing as set out at RDC 40.30 is extended to 4pm on Tuesday 28 May 2019.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
