CONSENT ORDER
UPON the agreement of the Claimants and the Defendants
AND UPON the judgment of the DIFC Court of Appeal dated 13 March 2019 directing the parties to seek to agree costs following from that judgment which are in respect of (i) the Claimants' application for the joinder of Mr El Fadl to these proceedings dated 21 September 2017 (the "Joinder Application"); and (ii) the DIFC Court of Appeal's hearing on 19 February 2019 of the Claimants' appeal of the DIFC Court of First Instance's decision dated 12 February 2018 refusing the Joinder Application ("Joinder Appeal Hearing").
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.The Defendants shall pay to the Claimants the sum agreed between the parties in separate correspondence in full and final settlement of the Claimants' costs of the Joinder Application and Joinder Appeal Hearing, within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
2. The Defendants shall have no further liability to the Claimants in respect of the Claimants' costs of the Joinder Appeal Hearing and Joinder Application.
