CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Claimant/Appellant and the Defendant/Respondent having agreed the terms set forth in this Order
IT IS ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimant/Appellant shall pay the sum of US$195,000 to the Defendant/Respondent in full and final settlement of the Defendant/Respondent’s costs in CFI-012-2016 and CA-012-2016, such costs to be paid as follows:
a. A payment of US$10,000 by 5 August 2018;
b. Payment of US$5,000 on the last business day of each month starting in August 2018 up to and including January 2019;
c. Thereafter, payment of US$10,000 on the last business day of each month starting in February 2019; and
d. A final balancing payment of US$5,000 on the last business day of May 2020.
2. In the event that the Claimant/Appellant does not pay an instalment on the due date the entire balance of the unpaid sum shall become immediately due and payable and shall be capable of enforcement without further order of this Court.
