AND UPON hearing the Counsel for the Appellant and Counsel for the Respondents at the appeal hearing on 27 September 2020
AND UPON reading the submissions and evidence filed and recorded in the Court file in CA-003-2020
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The appeal is allowed.
2. The orders made in the Court of First Instance are set aside.
3. Substitute an order that the application for immediate judgment be dismissed.
4. The Respondents are to pay the Appellant’s costs of the appeal, as well as the costs of the Application.
