ORDER
UPON the Appellants applying for permission to appeal the judgment of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nassir (the “Judge”) dated 9 December 2021 (the “Judgment”)
AND UPON permission to appeal being granted to the Appellants by order of the Judge issued on 13 January 2022 (the “Appeal”)
AND UPON hearing the parties at the hearing which took place on 9 February 2022 (the “Hearing”)
AND UPON the Appeal being abandoned by the Appellants at the Hearing and the amount owed under the Judgment admitted (the “Amount”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Appeal is dismissed and the Judgment upheld.
2. It is recorded that Mr Lalith, the Respondent’s representative at the Hearing, offered to introduce the Appellants to the Respondent’s Settlement Department in order to negotiate a settlement of the Amount.
