CONSENT ORDER
UPON the parties agreeing to the terms of this Order.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The proceedings be stayed until 30 December 2021 to enable the parties to explore Alternative Dispute Resolution (the “ADR”).
2. If the Parties achieve a resolution by ADR, they will inform the Court on or before 30 December 2021.
3. If no resolution has been achieved by 30 December 2021, the Parties will inform the Court and will in those circumstances request that the CMC be listed for the first available date after 13 January 2021.
4. No order as to costs.
