PENAL NOTICE

IF YOU TIME TELECOMMUNICATIONS DISOBEY THIS ORDER YOU MAY BE HELD TO BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.

ANY OTHER PERSON WHO KNOWS OF THIS ORDER AND DOES ANYTHING WHICH HELPS OR PERMITS THE RESPONDENTS TO BREACH THE TERMS OF THIS ORDER MAY ALSO BE HELD TO BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.

UPON the application of the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA") with notice to the 7th Defendant

AND UPON and upon hearing counsel for the Claimant AND counsel for the 7th Defendants not appearing,

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

1. The joint application for adjournment has been granted. The hearing has been adjourned to 10am on Monday, 22nd October 2007.

 

2. The injunction ordered against the 7th Defendants dated 14th February 2007 will continue.

 

3. Any application notice brought by either party must be in writing (including by email) and must be served and filed at least 14 clear days in advance of the next hearing date.

 

4. The costs of this application are reserved.
