THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OF THE DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
UPON reading the application of the Claimant on notice to the Defendants,
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and the 1st and 2nd Defendants in person,
AND UPON the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Defendants not appearing,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The injunction ordered against the 1st and 2nd Defendants dated 14th February 2007 is discharged.
2. Further directions in action CFI 1/2007 in relation to the 1st and 2nd Defendants be adjourned until the hearing of the Claimants' application for default judgment filed against the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Defendants.
3. The lst and 2nd Defendants have liberty to apply to vary or rescind this order on not less than 24 hours' notice in writing (including by email) to all parties after the court has ruled on the Claimant's application for default judgment filed against the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th Defendants.
