CFI 001/2012 - Order

UPON reviewing the relevant correspondence on the Court's file;
AND UPON the Registry having put the Claimant on Notice on 15 October 2012 that case CFI 001/2012 would be struck out if the Claimant's outstanding Court fees were not settled by 4pm on 17 December 2012;
AND UPON the Claimant having not settled the outstanding fees owed to the Court by 4pm on 17 December 2012;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Case CFI 001/2012 Yahya Al Shaykh v Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, be Struck-out due to the non-payment of fees amounting to US$ 3,000, owed to the DIFC Courts.
2. The Claimant be granted liberty to apply for case CFI 001/2012 Yahya Al Shaykh v Dubai International Financial Centre Authority, to be reinstated under RDC 4.32.
