UPON the Defendant having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 9 December 2020 indicating an intention to dispute the jurisdiction of this Court
AND UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed upon a timetable for the filing, by the Defendant, of any application under RDC Part 12 contesting the jurisdiction of this Court (the “Jurisdiction Application”)
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file as having been read
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Defendant may file and serve its Jurisdiction Application by 4 pm on Wednesday 6 January 2021.
2. The timetable for the exchange of evidence in relation to the Jurisdiction Application shall thereafter be in accordance with Part 23 of the Rules of the DIFC Court.
3. No order as to costs in respect of this Consent Order.
