UPON the Claimant and the Defendant having agreed upon a timetable for the filing by the Defendant of an application under Part 12, of the Rules of the DIFC Court, contesting the jurisdiction of this Court (the “Application”)
UPON the Court having issued a Consent Order dated 4 January 2021 providing for the agreed timetable for the filing of the Application and for the exchange of evidence
UPON the filing of the Application on 6 January 2021 and service of the sealed Application Notice on 7 January 2021 (the “Application Notice”)
AND UPON additional evidence in support of the Application having been filed and served on 10 January 2021
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The period for service of the Application Notice is extended to 7 January 2021 and the period for service of evidence in support of the Application is extended to 4pm on 10 January 2021.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve its evidence in answer to the Application by 4pm on 25 January 2021.
3. The Defendant shall file and serve its reply evidence (if any) in the Application, by 4pm on 1 February 2021.
4. No order as to costs in respect of this Order.
