CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Claimant having filed and served its Re-Amended Particulars of Claim
AND UPON the First Defendant having filed and served its Defence, its Particulars of Claim against the Second Defendant and its Particulars of Claim against the First Part 21 Defendant and Second Part 21 Defendant
AND UPON the First Defendant having filed an Application Notice dated 13 December 2018 seeking an extension of time to serve its Particulars of Claim against the First Part 21 Defendant until 31 December 2018
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.The First Defendant shall have until 31 December 2018 to serve its Particulars of Claim upon the First Part 21 Defendant.
2.The Claimant shall file and serve its Reply to the First Defendant’s Defence by 28 February 2019.
3. The Second Defendant, having been served with the First Defendant’s Additional Claim through its DIFC Legal Consultants, shall file and serve its Defence to the First Defendant’s Additional Claim by 28 February 2019.
4. The Claimant shall serve this Order on the First, Second and Third Defendants.
5. Costs in the case.
