ORDER MADE BY JUDICIAL OFFICER SHAMLAN AL SAWALEHI

UPON reviewing the Claimant's Application Notice CFI 003-2013/1 filed on 16 September 2013 to amend paragraph 9 of the Case Management Order dated 30 April 2013 and to allow the Claimant to file and serve his Expert Surveyor's Report by 24 October 2013

AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and for the Defendant at the Application Hearing held on 19 September 2013

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The Claimant shall file and serve an Expert Surveyor's Report by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 10 October 2013.

 

2. The Defendant shall file and serve an Expert Surveyor's Report by no later than 4pm on Thursday, 31 October 2013.

 

3. The parties' Experts shall meet by no later than Thursday, 7 November 2013; and the parties' Experts are to file a supplemental report listing areas of agreement and disagreement by no later than Thursday, 14 November 2013.

 

4. A Pre-Trial Review is to be re-listed before Judicial Officer Shamlan Al Sawalehi at 10am on Thursday, 21 November 2013.
