UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-003-2020/4 dated 7 January 2022 seeking a Court Order to serve the Fourth and Fifth Defendants by way of alternative method (the “Application”)
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Claimant shall be permitted to serve the Claim Form on the Defendants by publication, once in an English language newspaper and once in an Arabic language newspaper.
3. The Claimant shall provide a copy of the English and Arabic language newspapers and file a certificate of service via the eRegistry.
4. The Claimant shall serve the Third and Fourth Defendants on their email addresses:
(a) for Shijin Mathew on his email address shijin.mathew@royalpp.ae; and
(b) for Mathew Scaria Vadhyanath on his email address mathew@royalpp.ae.
5. The costs of the Application are costs in the case.
