AND UPON the Claimants’ application for permission to appeal dated 18 March 2024 (the “Permission Application”)
AND UPON the Claimants’ application for a stay of execution of the Judgment dated 20 March 2024 (the “Stay Application”)
AND UPON the Parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The deadline for the Defendant to file its Evidence in Answer to the Stay Application (the “Answer”) be extended from 27 March 2024 to 4pm on 28 March 2024.
2. The deadline for the Claimants to file their Evidence in Reply to the Answer be extended from 29 March 2024 to 4pm on 1 April 2024.
