IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Directions hearing listed to be held on 15 March 2021 be vacated.
2. The Claimant shall have leave to file and serve responsive witness evidence of fact in connection with the issues of alleged contributory negligence by 4pm on Monday 29 March 2021.
3. The Claimant has leave to file and serve responsive expert evidence to the Defendant's expert report served on 4 March 2021 by 4pm on Monday 26 April 2021.
4. The Trial Hearing listed to be on 4 – 8 April 2021 be vacated.
5. The Trial Hearing (with a time estimate of 5 days) be relisted to be held on 23-27 May 2021.
