IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT
1. That the Claimant has leave to amend the Claim Form and the Particulars of Claim in the form appended to the email from the Claimant’s legal representatives of 22 October 2020.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve the Amended Claim Form and the Amended Particulars of Claim within five (5) business days from the date of this Order.
3. Costs of and occasioned by the amendments to the pleadings are to be borne by the Claimant.
