ORDER

UPON reading the Claimant's application dated 27 October 2008 in respect of paragraph 3 of the Application Notice; and

UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant and the Defendant IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

 

1. The Defendant make a payment on account to the Claimant for the sum of AED NINETY THOUSAND (90,000) in respect of the Claimant's costs incurred pursuant to the Orders dated 21 August 2008 and 6 October 2008 until summary assessment is made.

 

2. The Defendant comply with paragraph 1 of this Order within 14 days from the date of this Order.
