IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimants’ application for immediate judgment be discontinued.
2. The Claimants shall pay its own and the Defendant’s costs of, and occasioned by, this application for immediate judgment within 14 days of this order, to be summarily assessed if not agreed.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
