IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
Trial Bundles
1. The Claimant shall serve a proposed Trial Bundle index by 4pm on 2 May 2013.
2. The Trial Bundle shall be agreed between the parties by 16 May 2013.
3. The Claimant shall provide the Defendant with a Trial Bundle on receipt of the Defendant's undertaking to pay the Claimant's reasonable copying costs by 23 May 2013.
4. The Claimant shall file and serve Trial Bundles by 1pm on 30 May 2013.
Skeleton Arguments, Chronology and Dramatis Personae
5. The Claimant shall file and serve its Skeleton Argument by no later than 1pm on 16 June 2013.
6. The Defendant shall file and serve its Skeleton Argument by no later than 1pm on 18 June 2013.
7. The Claimant shall serve a proposed Chronology and Dramatis personae by 1pm on 6 June 2013.
8. The Claimant to file an agreed Chronology and Dramatis personae by 1pm on 19 June 2013.
Trial
9. The trial is listed for five days commencing at 10am on 23 June 2013.

10. Liberty to apply for further directions.
