UPON the final Charging Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 10 April 2014 (“the Final Charging Order”);
AND UPON the Stay Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 29 May 2014 (“ the Stay Order”);
AND UPON the Court of Appeal Judgment dated 16 October 2014 dismissing the Appellant’s appeals in CA 005/2013 and CA 006/2013;
AND UPON the request of the Claimants dated 19 October 2014;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Stay Order dated 29 May 2014 shall be set aside.
2. The Claimants shall proceed with the final Charging Order dated 10 April 2014.
3. Liberty to apply.
