AND UPON the Claimant filing its affidavit in support of the Application on 28 April 2021
AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC r. 7.21, the Claimant is granted an extension of time, of four (4) months, to serve its claim form and particulars of claim (the “Proceedings”) on the Defendants.
2. On this basis, service of the Proceedings is to be effected by 6 September 2021.
3. The costs of and incidental to this Application are costs in the case.
