AND UPON reading the documents recorded on the Court file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Pursuant to RDC 7.21, the Claimant is granted an extension of time for serving the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim on the Defendants for a period of 4 months and until 30 September 2020.
2. Pursuant to RDC 9.31, the Claimant shall be permitted to serve the proceedings herein on the Fifth and Sixth Defendants by way of publication.
3. The costs of and incidental to this Application are costs in the case.
