UPON reading the Claimant's Part 8 Claim Form and Petition
AND UPON the Court making an Order on this date that Amanah XData be wound up pursuant to Article 50(b) of the DIFC Insolvency Law (No.3 of 2009) and appointing Mr Shahab Haider as Liquidator of that company
AND UPON hearing counsel for the Claimant
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
Interkey Company for Communication and Computer ("Interkey") is to rank in the place of the Liquidator pursuant to Regulation 5.52(m) of the DIFC Insolvency Regulations in respect of funding up to the maximum of US$20,000 (Twenty Thousand US Dollars) advanced in respect of the Liquidator's remuneration and expenses.
