IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The equipment which is listed in Application No.35/2010 is to be released by Etisalat from the Amanah XData racks so that it can be relocated in Rack No.5 leased by the Applicant at the Etisalat Data Centre so that the Applicant has access to that equipment for the purposes of their business.
2. I make this order on terms that Etisalat can apply to this Court within 48 hours to discharge this Order if they think fit.
3. The Application to be made on notice to the Applicant Index Securities LLC.
