THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OF THE DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
AND UPON hearing the Claimant in person and Counsel for the Defendant
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant's Application No 79/2009 is dismissed.
2. The Claimant's appeal from the Detailed Assessment of the Defendant's Bill of Costs and Claimant's costs of Detailed Assessment of 28 October 2009 and 3 November 2009 undertaken by the Registrar on 23 November 2009 be listed for re-hearing on 10 February 2010 with three hour time estimate.
3. The parties to mutually exchange any evidence upon which they wish to rely at the hearing set out in paragraph 2 above by 3 February 2010.
4. The parties to file with the Court any evidence upon which they intend to rely at the hearing set out in paragraph 2 above by 7 February 2010.
5. The costs of Application 79/2009 are reserved to the hearing on 10 February 2010.
